Returns & Exchanges

At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place your unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
